Active School Committee Members:

Each term will see a new committee formed in the interest of fairness to all interested pupils. Our school’s first active committee will be working hard to continue to promote all activities in our busy school.

3rd Class:  Jack O’ Keeffe, Emmie O’Shea & Elijah O’Shea
4th Class:  Bláithin Maguire & Ryan Booth
5th Class:  Zara Roche & Niall Phelan
6th Class:  Heidi Buggy, Patrick Royce Brennan & Oisin Dunne

Role of Committee Members:

• Lead exercises on Junior & Senior Yard (i.e. Jumping jacks on spots)

• Design our school’s active slogan

• Update Active School’s noticeboard weekly

• Attend active school meetings each Friday

• Promote and lead active initiatives/challenges (12 days of Fitmas)

• Listen to/offer suggestions to improve our schools activities

• Contribute to our schools active newsletter at end of term

• Communicate all active news to pupils/classrooms

• Assist Term 2 Active committee members
